Mass article submission to get backlinks? |

Hello there, I have re-visited those article and ezine directories sites that I had submitted all my articles into them about few months back. Yet, most webmasters would say that submitting articles to these sites will help to develop some nice one-way backlinks, and possibly gain some google PR.
Now, with few months pass, most of my articles are being "moved" into archived section in those directories. I understand that it is a common practise as these directories are having tones of new articles being submitted everyday, and they'll need to "clean" up some old data.
So now, with older articles being "pushed" into archived, I wonder if the "effect" of possible google PR gain still exist? or it would be better?

Possible Rollover Bandwidth Hosting Plan? |

Hi everyone, back again. Been tighted down these few days. Ok, I am looking at my current server's bandwidth usage of only 30G being used at the most. There is such a huge wastage as my sevver package comes with 1TG.
I am wondering if there are possibly some hosts that would offer "Rollover Bandwidth" plan? Well, if someday (maybe next 6months) my bandwidth usage goes sky rocket, I'll be able to save on the bandwidth cost as those "previous" bandwidth that I didn't used up will be made available and added on to cover for the sudden increase in bandwidth :p
Is there any available host or data center offering such plan?

Keys for Determining Value |

What are your primary keys when you are trying to determine value for a domain. I know the only way to make it long-term speculating on domains is to hone your own sense and value. Relying on public appraisals is only going to get you fleeced as everyone else has an agenda.

Selling your domain portfolio as bundled package? |

Hi everyone. What would you apply in trying to sell away those "unpopular" domains that you happen to own ? Like those domains that you "project" to be hot but didn't materialized? Would you try to "bundled" it up together with other of your domains and tag them together as a "package" in selling them, especially near to renewal period?

Creating nameservers |

Hi
I was wondering whether anyone knows how to create your own nameservers. I am talking about when you point a domain to a computer, you point it to a nameserver (for example, ns1.yourserver.com or ns2.yourserver.com). Hosting providers do this, for instance. Is there special software that you have to run or is this part of some kind server configuration?
Thanks
Zach

Developing your site into yet another directory? |

Hi guys and gals. Reading from other forums, I noticed that there has been a flood of new directory sites popping up here and there, especially people would just register a domain and "plug in" directory script eg using phplinkdirectory (apparently I did that too :p).
After which, they will tend to linked several of these newly developed directories together, and wait for about few months to get some google PR. then there comes the time they will post these sites for sales for mid $xx to low $xxx .
So, has you had any experience in reaping reward applying such strategy too? Well, I am still observing, haven't really push my domain/site for sales yet:p ( the one I developed using php directory script)

Harvesting for domains? |

Is there any software out there where you could put in some names and it can find out what .tlds are taken with that word? Something that could do it in bulk. I would love to run over a lot of common .com domains and look for any .nets that are available etc.
Are there any tools like that?
