What about the comparision between adwords and YNP? which cost more and which gives better result(i'm talking about publisher's view on it)

For those of you who are in the business full-time, when someone asks you what do you do for a living, what do you say?

Is there a one or two word phrase that is generally accepted (not including cybersquatter :mad or do you say, "I buy and sell domains"?

Has anyone had any luck with software that grabs expiring domains? I know the big boys have arrangements with registrars. Can any of us small timers have success with these types of software?

My technology position was eliminated a week and a half ago. That was actually a mixed blessing because I was so sick of corporate America.

Immediately, I saw this as an opportunity to work for myself and have more time for my kids. I stumbled upon the DomaineEbook and gobbled it up!

So here I am, green as can be but I'm ready to jump right in. I will be listing and maybe even buying some names every now and then.

Turns out that after looking to do some photo blog, someone here suggested the name "plog" and then I said it could be better "phlog". Well, I googled "phlog" and got my answer: they already exist and with that name! So, I think that is the kind of blog I would like to do... but I'll have to wait until I get back from NY in March...
