Generally the value of .com domain increases when other extensions are registered

if all extensions are registered and .info domain owner failed to pay the renewal and if available for registration

is it advisable to buy that .info extension.

I will accept if roo78 tell the reason. I still face a new situation such domains are instantly registered by domainers with large portfolio,having 100s and 100s of premium domains in their portfolio.
