Hi
I'm migrating a domain (xyz.com) to a different host. I copied all the email from (server 1) over to the new server (server 2), no problem.
Both server companies are reseller accounts. Accounts for xyz.com reside on both hosts.
1. I still have xyz.com set up on server 1 (I want to make sure this all works before deleting it).
2. The email for xyz.com is effectively cloned on server 2. All looks good.
3. When I send an email from server 2 to server 1 (to a completely different domain - abc.com) it doesn't receive, but it sends fine.
4. I can still send an email from xyz.com to abc.com (both accounts on server 1) and it receives fine.
I was told in the past it has something to do with email routing, but I can't remember what it is?
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Please help.
Thanks!
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
