Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a long term VPS host that's reliable and has a great customer support.
By great customer support I mean getting a response within a few hours not waiting days to hear back.
Below are minimum specs I will need for my projects although they can be altered but I think these are good starters.
30 gb+ disk space, 1 TB+ bandwidth, 2 gb Ram, 2+ IP addresses
OS: not sure what is best to be honest
Do you know anything about Rockhoster.com and Libertyvps.net virtual private servers? Are they reliable? What host is better?
Any recommendations of any kinds are very welcome.

Contact with sales, technical support, and billing has been prompt and pleasant. However, I don't feel that the help goes beyond scripted responses and links to knowledge base articles, and perhaps no further help is needed.

Package plans from profvds.com and legionbox.com are worth trying.
Excellent hosting companies. They have great customer service and seem to never have any server problems (which is why I switched to them from my previous host). The prices are a little steep but totally worth it. They'll even contact you regarding special offers.
