How to upload dreamweaver website

need so help here,

I have got the domain name, and also changed the namesever to 000webhost.

Done the website on dreamweaver.

Now can anyone give be a "idiot's step to step guide" to putting the website to 000webhost.

P.S. I still haven't sign up on 000 webhost.
