How crap. I about fell on the floor reading that. I always thought .tv was a domain for actual televion. Never even crossed my mind it was a country domain.

Yes

you know how resourceful we domainers are.. many of us started getting names with that ext for branding because of the assoication with tv and the large television info marketing. So that makes a name such as jacklalanesvideo.tv particularly valuable.

So Triumph, don't shy away from the .tv ext because if you come up with a name that will fit with that ext, you will get good results and it is a well accepted thing to do.

Good advice. I am just trying to figure out why I ever thought it was a special domain. I always thought it was stupid to have a domain just for tv shows. This makes much more sense. Also makes me realize I could get one if I wanted.
