Are there minimum waiting periods for all domains? Or does each place have different rules that would apply to your selling it?
When selling a domain?

But I guess that if you buy a domain today, you can sell it tomorrow if you find someone that wants to buy it, don't you think? I mean, I haven't done anything like that, but it is just logics in a market that moves really fast! If you offer something and you have a buyer, then why not sell it? I guess the real experts will come to the rescue and explain the whole thing!

I usually follows the criteria of need for registering the domains. if that name is a trademark or company name then its better to hold that name for longer time and if it is a product or service offer that its better to register it short time.

Let me let you all in on an industry standard. Registrars don't like it if you transfer a domain away from them in less than 60 days time that you've owned it. It is for this reason, you must wait 2 months before selling a domain to someone. You could, create a new (godaddy) account for each and every single domain you own, so that way you can just give the whole account with the purchase. I've never tried that myself. I don't mind waiting 2 months though.

Well this way you have to register too many sites and then wait too long (2 months) before getting any payback. I normally register for one year and offer cheap hosting with my reseller plans both with godaddy and hostgator, this way I host domains too after selling too

Well 2 months are not that long! But can't you just give the account instead of transferring it?
