I am a complete newbie to Domains,buying or selling. I would welcome any advice
on where to start,or anything to do with the subject.

here's an advice for you: avoid buying crappy domain names!
it will be hard to get rid of them.

When starting, it's important that you don't register immediately to many domains. It's really difficult for a newbie deciding if a domain is really good, so start just with a few and search first of all the best way to sell them.
