I have heard many people have had their accounts closed for similar reasons..I think it's terrible though, that it happened to you. Are you going to fight it?

Thank you for all your comments. I have decided not to fight it but in fact play ball according to their rules and regulations afterall they are the king of the castle and i'm just a small domain trader. By the way I have been acquiring some nice 3 character domains lately including P15.com, 31M.com and P0T.com (with a zero). If you get a chance check out my website for more bargains.

I guess everybody has to play by those rules if you want to continue. But can you open a new account with them? or are you selling them under another auction site? I don't trust eBay as it is to buy regular stuff, I don't think I would be buying domains in there! that would mean too many risks for someone like me, (yes, a coward on doing this things)... Good luck anyway. Hope you can sell them.
