Changing company name - how best to handle the domain name or exchange emails change?
#1
Hi,

I've got an upcoming issue, that needs to be sorted in the next few weeks & I'm very unsure about the best way to approach it.
Our company has recently changed names (its a bit more complex than that, but for the purposes of this, it is a good enough explanation).
So - we have a new website & will have new email addresses etc.
We have AD, with 2 Domain servers & an Exchange server.
Everyone will have a new email address, which will follow the same format as their current one - just the domain part of the address changes. Gradually we'd want to phase out the use of the old addresses, but people will still need access to them for a while yet, to catch existing messages coming in.

Any Suggestion Would be appreciate.

I didn't find right solution on the internet.
