About domain registrars, there're many such as: Godaddy, Namecheap, NameSilo, Dotster,... About hosting providers, there're also many such as: Godaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, GreenGeeks, iPage,.. If you want to buy both domain & hosting on the same provider then Godaddy or Namecheap is a good choice for you. Are you looking for specific region domain provider? We can't say the best hosting. You need to choose the hosting provider depends on your hosting requirements. I use namecheap, they've always been good for me. They are starting to seem expensive though.
