What is the best way to market my review site

The way my site works is pretty simple, a company places their app/game/book etc on my site, they pay me the value of it and a small fee per review that is published. The reviewer buys the paid-app/game/book etc and is credited back once they have written the review.

I have the site set up to pay $1 to a referrer for each and every new user that publishes their first review - the system pays $1 automatically to the referrer via paypal.

So my question is, where should I go to advertise the referral scheme? (I've also set it up to pay users when they refer their friends, just wondered the best way to promote this coming out of beta.)
