Poker related domain name? |

Hi everyone. to my knowledge, the "poker" related domain names are getting some serious attention from domain players paying. They are seeking the best opportunity to grab these domains if the price is right.
Now, what's about the true value in these type of domains? Is it due to the potential traffic from major SE for the keyword contained in these domains? or because these domains can be developed into website with related poker affiliate programs which pay high commision?

Expired Domain's PR and back link? |

Hi everyone. I am trying to get into grabbing some expired domain name. Well, some domains seems good to me as they are currently having google PR and/or some back links in the major 3 search engines.
Yup, I am quite surprise to see that those expired domain are having some back links and even google PR. Most likely the said domain is just expired few days ago, and search engine have yet to synchronoze their data centre on this domain status change.
So now, if I were to grab and register these domains before the effect of expiration took place, would I be able to sort of "securing" the PR ? meaning the PR wouldn't drop?
What about the existing back links? Would it be still in effect?

Guide to selling domains |

In order to have a better chance of selling your domain you need to show that a potential buyer need your domain. You ned to generate an interest. Luckily, we have some things we can do to improve the interest.
Most buyers look at two things:
- The domain name.
- Traffic.
The domain name is fixed, we can't change that. Some domains generates more interest than others, the domain abc.com would be much better than woodenoakfurniture.co.uk.
Having said that, the domain name is not that crucial, I managed to sell a 14-character domain name with a hyphen at $100, so you can still make some nice money even if the domain name is not a niche domain name.
Which brings me on to the next subject, traffic. This was primarily why the domain went at the relative high price. The thing any webmaster wants more than a good domain name is traffic, therefore always provide stats from a reliable source. I generally accept the most popular stats services such as nedstats, extreme tracking and google analytics. Although I don't rule out services I don't know if they appear to be geniue.
You now have the basic layout of your sales speech, most buyers would be satisfied with knowing just this, but we're going to take it just a bit further. Because we know, that the one thing more interesting than traffic, is targeted traffic. Therefore I suggest your write a short description of what you used to have on the site, that way a buyer can see what sort of traffic he is dealing with.
It's important to note though, if it's not the right traffic he might not make a bid, but if it is the right traffic he'll go over the edge to make sure he gets it.
I hope I inspired you to write a proper sales speech, in the end it will benefit both you and the buyer.

Hello everyone. Do anybody know how to go about setting up my own PPC? You know, just like setting up a system to allow advertiser place their bid for ads slot on my sites and/or domains.
The other day I bump into a tool called phpAdsNew, look pretty advance for me. It has a lot of feature and even advertisers can login to check their campaign too! So, anyone has experience in either running their own PPC campaign? or using phpAdsNew or similiar tools?

Hello everyone. It has been no surprise that there are quite a lot of people actually went to registered a series of google related domains or spinned off names. Some example like hoogle, poogle, googleman, googlebiz...etc.
So, what is the possibilities of selling these type of domain for a good value? Would there really be anyone willing to buy it for a hefty price?
