Domain Social Forums

The question is simple, working on the sites/domains for the sole purpose of selling them or just for the fun of it?
Which side are you on?

I am on both sides myself. I enjoy working on sites for fun and love to be able to provide a fun and free website or forum for people however I also like making money from websites if I am able to as well so I tend to have a website for both fun and money making

I am mixed with this one. I have a few sites that I plan on selling once I have them off the ground but then I have a few that I run for fun and I plan to keep and run for myself which I enjoy doing just as much as getting sites off the ground to sell. The feeling of knowing I can get a site started that someone wants to buy is a great feeling and knowing I am making something back from that is always a bonus.
