I can't see it fetching more than reg fee - low $xx. I don't see too many searches for this and it would definitely not pass the radio test. If you could develop and brand it might have some good potential.
I'm with DomainAuctionsScript on this one. Parking won't be a good idea either as I don't predict a lot of type-in traffic. Rather setup a Amazon affiliate site with gifts targeted towards 21 year olds. Use a script like Associate-O-Matic (they have a free version) to fast-track the process. If things go well offload it for 12x revenue after 3-4 months.
