As for OscarWatch.org, I think of the Oscars as a seasonal interest, but at the same time I think a site with a reference section of past winners and possibly one of films currently in production could help give the site more year-round traffic.

I guess that the 4 x means that it can be a four figure value...
I think maybe as a developed site would be more valuable, specially to get advertising from the studios that are trying to sell and promote their movies for the Oscar Awards. So, it might actually have a significant value.
