I researched cloudarion.com SSD VPS for some time prior to signing up. It was easy. So far so good.
I asked them questions about a variety of things and each time I received a prompt (less than 10 minutes) and courteous reply.

Can add that QHoster.com is quite a decent host in all regards, the setup time was amazing, the quickest i've experienced yet, the only disadvantage is the stats service, only basic stats are given although they say the busy improving this.
