.in domain are going to be hot propperty in future. The indian internet users are increasing everyday and Indians seem to be loyal for .in domains. So it finish before you decide...

I don't think so. Dot-US isn't a hot tld here in the states. But then again, all or most dot com traffic is in english already.

.us maynot be that hot since there is .com but .co.in was really hot and .in might take that trend very soon

Don't you think that with all the users from India, those domains are already "locked in"? I think they are probably getting as much as possible. How is the .eu? Anybody knows? Here in Germany the "hot" comodity is to have a .de domain, since people actually tend to use it first. But I guess for "parking", .in could be interesting to have.
