Hi,
I'm trying to promote a windows 2008 sbs to a domain controller in a windows 2000 domain, eventually the 2000 dc will be demoted and retired.
When I run the dcpromo wizard it acts like it is working, then hangs on Configuring the local computer to host Active Diretory Domain Services and eventually pops up a message saying Active Directory Domain Services could not install, the replication operation failed to allocate memory.
The pc has 4gbs of ram and well over 100gb of free space.
