The domain could be big. Using the site associated with it to promote bands, new releases, and such could work well. Register it, spread the word on MySpace and see who hooks up!
You can alter the name in your page header, if need be. As long as the words in the domain are included, things should be ok.

i.e.
http://www.Myspace.com/MusicMySoul
but some 1 is already using it.. now what to do ?

That is a page on Myspace but "Myspace" is the domain. Try doing a "whois" on the domain"MusicMySoul.com" and variations of the name to see if anyone owns the domain, then try variations of the domain to see what is available.
You can still promote the domain on Myspace in blogs and classifieds, you just can't have the page bear the name in the url, the way it is in the Myspace url.
