Oh there's another reason to avoid Mooter. they sound heavily invested in the Chinese market, meaning they are also bound by those laws. Just like Google and Yahoo, you might be opening yourself up for some serious pressure from the Chinese government to provide information about those who use your site and their activities.

The last thing I read, was that they are getting out of China. And I've heard that people dealing with china are having a very hard time because it is so regulated! I'm still very curious about what happened to the original poster.
