You need to choose a VPS provider who's datacenter is geographically close to your target audience. Also a host that is fairly close to you, since you'll be the one accessing the VPS the most.
Take your time to look at these hosts:
Rareservers.com ,
Inmotionhosting.com and
Libertyvps.net
No Dreamy response and no harsh exchanges, just smar work. It's my recommendation for everyone.

What is your monthly budget?
I am quite sure that
Hostingsource.com ,
Microvps.com and also
Aspnix.com will serve your demands in terms of good vps hosting services.
Trust me, your sites will get loaded lightning fast and applications run far better as compared to any other hosting environment.

I've noticed no downtime and my site loads faster than ever.
Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime my site has had.
Cloudarion.com is fantastic host with great people and would not hesitate to recommend them.

You can send an email to a potential web hosting service and judge their customer service, firsthand.
I have been using Hostforweb.com for a long time and can say that the service and support are amazing.
There is no denying the fact that it's reliable, very nice hosting offers and hosting provider.
