I usually don't recommend but you should 100% go with Regvps.com
USA dedicated servers. Get extra 50GB SSD from $10/month. Additional IPs $2/month.
The best support team. Quick response, experts on Joomla and Wordpress, very welcoming, very efficient.
They offer easy to use features.

It's good cheap hosting.
Regvps.com support is good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done.
