Plans from libertyvps.net and planethoster.com are decent enough to sign up with.
Their Uptime is great and have dedicated staff to help customer.

instant dedicated servers. They offer over 17 server locations to choose from + 24/7 tech support team.
My site availability is almost 100%, so many extras, disk space and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesnt affect the server status, very helpful staff.
