I recieve a echeck from one of my clients wich says there will be no dudection for me and it will clear in 3-4 days, so i deliever him after 3 days but paypal deduct some amount from that. so I think I have to charge some thing more for echecks in future.

a paypal echeck: an electronic funds transfer. Instead of sending a seller a paper check you can send an echeck and it clears your account within 3 days rather than having to use a credit card. You have to have a bank account listed with paypal to do this, I think you do anyways.
