Cheap Private and Easy?

I need to get some cheap domains (don't care about the tld the cheaper the better though), from a registrar who has free privacy and who is not a hassle to sign up with.

I have some tests I want to run and I need to be able to set this up. Anyone have any recommendations?

I don't want appraisals, I want actual domains. I already get most of my domains from GoDaddy. I am looking for something even cheaper, obscure tlds etc with rock bottom prices and free privacy. This would be throw away domains essentially.
